• Because this is wood from a real tree, pieces may have knots which we try to place in the best spots possible for the photo provided.

• Each piece of wood will vary in wood grain, making each one completely unique.

• Horizontal photos will be placed horizontally on the wood & vertical photos will be placed vertically unless otherwise requested.

• This allows the natural grain of the wood to show through the photo. The colors of the photo on the wood may vary, as these are engraved onto natural wood and not a bright white paper.

• The bark of the wood is not removed from the wood in order to preserve the natural look of our wood photos.

• All orders are securely packaged with extra bubble wrap for added protection during shipping.

HOW TO ORDER:

You can upload about people, animals, landscapes photos of yours and so on.

1. Fill in the customized options above. If you want to order more than one, please fill in all info for another one first then add it to the cart. Then fill in your second info and click add to cart and so on.

2. After you complete your purchase. You will receive an “Order Confirmation” email (check your spam folder if you can’t find it) Make sure all info is correct.

3. Please allow up to 24 hours for us to confirm all orders; making sure photos and texts are good to go. We will contact you if your photo needs to be changed. Otherwise, we will go ahead and start creating your item. Please allow 5 -7 business days after confirmation for production.

4. We will send out notifications again when your order is ready to ship.

In most cases, your photo will be reduced in size so the resolution may change. Photos do not have to be professional…even photos taken with your phone can work out well, we’ll make it work.

If you only have an old photo, Just send it to us, we’ll make it work;

If you only have a photo frame, you can use your phone to take a picture, we’ll make it work;
