CHANGE & CANCEL:
- Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized items.
- If you want to cancel or change the order, please contact us within 48 hours after the order is placed. We can deal with it for free. Please note that for Made-to-Order Personalized Products, we may not be able to cancel or change your products once it has been put into production. This would mean that the customization has started. More than 48 hours, if you want to cancel or change it, It means to charge a customs fee based on 50%of the product’s selling price, because the item is made to order and can no longer be sold as new. Customization fee often includes raw material used, human cost, and handling fee. So we need to charge 50% of the total order amount. To cancel or change your order, please contact [email protected].
- Cancellations or changes will be processed on the day we receive your request within 48H.
Within 14 days from receiving orders, you have to request or notify us about returning or replacing the order because of below major reasons:
- The products have been crashed or damaged
- The print quality is blurry or not the same as the pictures on our website
- Different design or size from your order.
- For personalized products, we are not responsible for compensation if you send poor-quality pictures or misspelled the custom name. Please check your information before order. We will appreciate your time.
- Please be informed that our products are made-to-order and manufactured under market demand; thus, they are not always available items. Also, advertised images may be slightly different from actual items in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor’s display. Hence, please allow the 20% difference between advertised images and the actual item you received.
- If the problem is major, we may choose to replace the item or issue a refund within a reasonable time. In this event, the product may be kept at the customer’s disposal.

- Order number
- Video or photo of the faulty product
- If your claim is in regards to a printing error, please include photographs of the error.
- If your claim is in regards to a print size or placement issue, please include a measuring tape, stick, or ruler in the photographs of affected garments.
Once you receive the refund confirmation from our support team, it may take around 3-5 days to process your refund. Once we issue your refund, it may take time for your fund to appear in your account balance (depending on your financial institution).

Refund timing to a pre-paid card depends on the issuer of the card. The refund can take up to 30 days to process based on the policy of the issuer.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time (5 business days) before a refund is posted.
